Dupe Removal / Merge - Purge: Remove unwanted duplicate records from one or multiple
files. Rather than send two or even more mailers to the same address, person or business,
we can remove unwanted duplicates based on almost any criteria you desire. If one of your
lists is a higher priority over the other, no problem, we will remove the duplicates in the
order by which you want. We can even provide you a report or file of the duplicates
and cleaned up mailing lists.

Merge Purge: Combine multiple lists into a common format and/or remove duplicate
names by company, person name, address, or any combination you wish. Includes use
one list as a suppression list to remove names from other lists.

Suppression List: Have a "do not mail" list(s) of people or businesses who have requested
not to be contacted by you? Send us your suppression file - do not mail list and we can run
it against your mailing lists to make sure they are removed. This can be done on address,
business or person name.

most types of database files and formats. We will add the necessary postal information
including ZIP Code update, ZIP+4 and other information.

Mailing to the old address of people or businesses that have moved is costly and wasteful
for your marketing programs. With NCOA - National Change of Address / move update uses
information from the US Post Office mover database. This standard service updates your
mailing list addresses to the new address automatically. We can even provide you a
cleaned up file or report of the new addresses after processing.

For a more personal look and feel we can apply live bulk stamps to your mail pieces.

Folding - Many times you may be able to qualify a flat size mail piece for letter size postage
rates saving you 50% on postage costs. Our folders have the ability to glue or tab your
pieces shut for postal specs.

Inkjet Addressing - High speed inkjet addressing machines and the capability of printing
up to 4.5" of coverage. We can print your address on almost any material.

Labeling - We can produce pressure sensitive "sticky" labels on a variety of substrate
stocks. You can have labels printed with logos and in color.

Tabbing / Wafer Seals - Available in opaque, clear perfed or translucent. Tabs or fugitive
glue dots enclose mailers such as newsletters, brochures, booklets and flyers qualifying
your project for deeper postage discounts.

Nesting / Collating - Combine multiple pieces, parts or inserts together or collate multiple
page letters or newsletters into one mail piece.

Perfing - Make reply devices, coupons, etc. easier to tear off. We can perf a variety of paper
stocks with both a micro (fine) perf as well as macro (rigid) perfs depending on the paper.

Poly Bagging - Insert your mail piece or a ride-along letter, brochure, or insert in a single
poly bag. This encloses and protects during delivery while allowing the recipient to see
through to your marketing piece.
