In April 2022, Victra made a bold move. They acquired GoWireless, which positioned them as Verizon’s largest exclusive authorized retailer with nearly 1,600 locations. That was a major milestone, not just in size but in operational complexity. With that growth came every logistical challenge tied to the acquisition. Victra hit the ground running, swiftly evaluating which systems were worth keeping, what needed to evolve, and who they could trust to scale with them.

Soon after the acquisition, Victra shared a complex problem: every former GoWireless location needed updated Victra signage. At the same time, Verizon was preparing to issue a nationwide mandate to update store hours signage at every location. While their existing process had worked for smaller rollouts, it wasn’t built for a change at this scale. The combination of internal rebranding and external compliance requirements created a logistical challenge with high stakes and a tight timeline.

Behind the scenes, we developed a custom photo-upload system so store managers could snap a quick photo of the installed signage, upload it for review, and get approval from corporate, all without waiting for in-person inspections. A live dashboard gave Victra’s leadership a national view of compliance in real time.
